Carson and Kyla’s Vermont elopement was the perfect mix of heartfelt, relaxed, and genuinely fun. They chose to elope on private property in Pomfret, Vermont, starting their day quietly that morning when the light was bright and everything felt calm and unhurried. It was just the two of them, fully present, taking in every moment of becoming married.

After their intimate morning ceremony, we met back up later that afternoon for the second half of their portraits along River Road in Woodstock, VT. With pops of Fall color lingering around and warm afternoon light, the mood shifted into pure celebration. Think laughter, frolicking, and the kind of energy that makes my job feel effortless.

Carson and Kyla were an absolute dream to work with—so sweet, so easygoing, and totally down to let me drag them all over the beautiful River Road. They gave me the time and trust to really create, which is when the magic happens. Their connection was playful and real, and it showed in every frame.
