When a wedding florist creates something beautiful, it deserves to be documented just as thoughtfully. Recently I had the opportunity to photograph a stunning floral tablescape marketing shoot designed by Jasper & Prudence in the elegant Rockefeller Room at the Woodstock Inn & Resort.
This shoot was designed to showcase how skillful floral design can completely transform a wedding table. With three unique tablescapes, each look highlighted a different mood, palette, and design style — all centered around lush floral arrangements and carefully curated details.
Event rentals were provided by PEAK Event Services, whose beautiful pieces helped bring each concept together.
For me as a photographer, these types of shoots are some of my favorites. They allow wedding professionals to showcase their craft, elevate their brand, and create imagery that helps couples envision their own celebrations.
Elegant Floral Design in the Rockefeller Room
The Rockefeller Room at the Woodstock Inn offers the perfect backdrop for refined wedding inspiration. With its warm wood tones, classic architecture, and soft natural light, the space creates an intimate setting that complements detailed tablescapes beautifully.
Each design that Tedd from Jasper & Prudence created felt intentional and editorial. From layered linens and textured florals to delicate table settings, every element worked together to create a cohesive story.
Photographing these details in a venue like the Woodstock Inn helps vendors show future clients exactly how their work translates into a real wedding setting.
Three Unique Wedding Tablescapes
Tedd designed three completely different tablescape concepts to demonstrate the range of possibilities couples have when designing their reception tables.
Tablescape One: Romantic Spring Garden
The first design embraced a soft and romantic garden aesthetic. A textured white table linen created an elegant base for delicate place settings with blush-toned napkins and pale glassware.
The florals featured a lush blend of peach, coral, soft pink, and creamy white blooms paired with fresh greenery. Tall tapers in warm coral tones added vertical interest and brought warmth to the palette.
Behind the table, a dramatic pedestal arrangement echoed the same floral colors, drawing the eye upward and framing the entire scene beautifully beneath the Rockefeller Room’s elegant lighting.
This tablescape feels perfect for couples planning a romantic Vermont garden wedding or spring celebration.
Tablescape Two: Editorial Garden Party
The second tablescape introduced a more playful, editorial feel with a beautiful blue patterned linen that immediately added texture and personality to the design.
Florals spilled organically across the table and onto the floor, creating a whimsical and elevated garden-inspired look. The arrangements featured vibrant coral roses, creamy hydrangea, soft pastels, and airy wildflower accents that gave the table an effortless, just-picked-from-the-garden feel.
Small wrapped gifts tied with coral ribbon added a thoughtful detail to each place setting, while soft candlelight from petite table lamps created an intimate atmosphere.
This design felt like a modern garden party — vibrant, luxurious and full of movement.
Tablescape Three: Classic New England Elegance
The third tablescape leaned into a refined and timeless New England style. A patterned linen in soft neutral tones paired beautifully with yellow florals and warm wooden dining chairs, created a look that felt both elegant and inviting.
The florals centered around creamy white and yellow blooms layered with lush greenery, forming a full, centerpiece that mirrored the dramatic floral installation hanging above the mirror behind the table.
Soft candlelight and layered tabletop textures gave the design a quiet sophistication that would translate beautifully into a classic New England summer wedding reception.
